Does anyone else have a lonely spouse that might want to join her in wandering Paris? I'm not sure how we'd coordinate, but maybe they could all meet up at registration on Wednesday morning and go from there.

She's American, 27 years old, English speaking... her only hope is to have a friend that speaks some English as well.
http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/lonely-spouses-club#comments Activities in Paris Fri, 28 Aug 2009 19:54:43 +0000 ajschwab 2151 at http://paris2009.drupalcon.org Ultimate Frisbee http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/ultimate-frisbee
The huge lawn and parkland at the conference site seems like a good place for frisbee tossing.
Maybe a low key pickup game if there is enough interest.
Anyway I'll bring discs.
http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/ultimate-frisbee#comments Activities in Paris Sat, 22 Aug 2009 08:01:26 +0000 john.roseman 2032 at http://paris2009.drupalcon.org Bowling http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/bowling
What about a bowling some night in this bowling near montparnasse ? .
http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/bowling#comments Activities in Paris Tue, 23 Jun 2009 13:53:07 +0000 drico 894 at http://paris2009.drupalcon.org Running in Paris http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/running-paris
Hi all,
It's an unfortunate coincidence, but Drupalcon Paris is 3 weeks before the Berlin marathon, which means I must combine heavy training with the conference :-)

I'll be running most morning and evenings, and am looking for training partners.
My training will vary between 6 min miles, and 8 min miles [3.75min per km to 5min per km].

I guess this might make more sense when I have my accommodation sorted, and know where I'm staying...
but anyway, if there are any runners out there, lets hear from you!

[UPDATE]

http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/forum/running-paris#comments Activities in Paris Tue, 09 Jun 2009 17:41:08 +0000 alanburke 643 at http://paris2009.drupalcon.org
