The good news? All of your project information is held within your Issue Tracker of choice. The bad news? It is almost certainly inaccessible to your clients or too complicated for them to use.

In this session we will show you how the Issue Dojo module will let you integrate the popular Redmine project and scm tool into your website.

We will go over logging exceptions to Redmine, providing the customer with a issue logging form and how to use Views to pull information out of Redmine.

Once you can properly integrate with your Issue Tracker you can streamline work flow.

Speaker bio:

Rachel is a partner in NetDojo LLP and specalises in PHP and Frontend Web Development. At the age of 11 Rachel began programming her first applications using Delphi/Pascal. By 15 access to the Internet had drasticly geared her towards the web and she was coding php/MySQL web solutions. Rachel's career has been spent in web hosting systems administration, marketing and web development. She presently works on Zend Framework MVC php projects, Drupal and various other content management systems.
