Using Drupal for Events

We'll look at the structure of events and how Drupal can be used, it's strengths and weaknesses. We'll have a look at some recipes for using Drupal for your events, and the pitfalls, and we'll have a flythrough of modules that can help in events management.

If there are lots of people present who are already using Drupal for events, then we'll open discussion into the ways that people have used Drupal, what has worked for them, and what has not, and what we can do to move Drupal forward for use in events.

This talk is suitable for Drupal developers who are new to events, and for event organizers who are new to Drupal.
