Senior Drupal Developer(s)

pingVision is hiring one or more Drupal expert programmers to join our team as Senior Developer/Programmer for enterprise-level corporate and community websites and web applications. We're looking for talented, experienced, disciplined, detail-oriented people with experience and expert knowledge in Drupal, software development.
These are full-time positions, with contract-to-hire options. We're looking for people living in or interested in moving to the Boulder/Denver area, to work in our beautiful new 5,000-square-foot offices in Downtown Boulder. (We are also open to exploring virtual arrangements for the right Drupal professional.)
Responsibilities
- Software development using PHP5, MySQL (usually), and the Drupal API
- Exemplary performance of Drupal best practices in security and technical architecture
- Accurate estimation of tasks to be done
- Complete work within time estimates, working proactively with web producers and team leads when complications arise
- Work closely with other developers and designers
- Follow directions from clients as communicated by web producers, project leads
- Collaborate with lead developers on technical design
- Frequently work on multiple simultaneous projects
- Occasional support and maintenance of client sites
- Maintain regular work hours
- Active participation in the Drupal development community
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Expert knowledge of and proven experience with Drupal, the Drupal API, and custom Drupal module development
- Proven expertise and experience with PHP and MySQL programming/coding
- Proven experience with integration of Drupal with third-party systems
- Strong familiarity with x/html and CSS fundamentals for proper mark-up
- UML, MVC, object oriented design
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Client relations skills for occasional communications by phone, email and IM
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also good at collaboration, taking direction and working with others
- Proficiency in the English language. Multilingual is a plus!
The following are not required, but would be positives:
- AJAX, Javascript (especially jQuery library), Java, Ruby, *nix, Apache, xml Flex and/or Flash Actionscript is a definite plus
- Unix/Linux, Apache, basic server administration knowledge a big plus
- Database experience with other systems
