Drupalchix!

As posted at http://groups.drupal.org/node/22529 on groups.drupal.org, the Drupalchix shall be at it again. We'll do the meetup as early as possible in drupalcon so those of you who are new or don't speak French or just don't know anyone at drupalcon can find friendly faces and make friends.
