Questions about registration

Not sure where to post this.
I am trying to find out two things -
1 - is registration refundable if (worst scenario) I have to cancel my travel plans?
2 - does the existence of Tracks mean we have to register for only one Track?

1 - The registration fee is not refundable. If a worst case scenario should take place (which I hope will not :) ), you can always resell the ticket to others, who are interested in coming.
2 - The existence of tracks means simply a division into four different topics. You register for the whole 5 days of conference and once the schedule is up, you can create you own time schedule, noting all the sessions (in those different tracks), that you would like to attend.
