Any oportunity to get together with other representatives of drupal communities is a must... the discussion topic is secondary ;-p
Buy I agree with Sutharsan, more information about the purpose of the session would be nice.

Can you clarify further on the purpose of this session. Is there something wrong with the support of the DA and what about future DrupalCons?
The topics will include, but not be limited to:
* Getting support from the Drupal Association - this is about getting limited financial support for your community.
* Future DrupalCons in Europe. - this is about how future DrupalCons in Europe will be organized and managed. The model is changing from the current application system to a new, more collaborative model.
