Jobs feature not functioning?

I've noticed that under individual sponsors pages, there is a section labelled 'Job Offers', but there doesn't seem to be any jobs listed anywhere.
Is there anywhere where all jobs are listed?
Maybe there are no jobs!!

random + pager = strange
Someone should have realized that a random sort order does not combine well with a paged view, because the nodes are reshuffled when you go to the next page.
