suggestion: add reminder to add commas on free tagging

please add a reminder for session proposals for submitters to put in comma separated tags. (or allow for community tagging, which would be even better).

i know we're all drupal users here, but we all have our moments. seems like the *main* system for searching for sessions here is the free tagging system (since you're hiding the search tool). so we're depending on the tags.

but people are forgetting to separate with commas.... and groups of tags are appearing as one hyphenated tag.

or if you allow community tagging that would be even better (example: voter finds a session marked "ux", but others are marked "user experience", voter can add the other tags as they find them if community tagging is possible".
