When browsing a session default flag is "I may attend this session"

I find this confusing and maybe it would be more useful if the reverse ("I will not attend") was used.

First, I don't know about others, but I found myself initially clicking the "I may attend this session" to validate the fact I intend to go. When the flag changes you get it but it's somewhat counter intuitive (at least for me).

Second, it might have more value for the organization team to know how many people intend to attend which is not possible if users have "I may attend this session" as default.

Wasn't that the intent with this feature to begin with ?
Or else I understand this backward it all depends on how the flag is set up...

Hi David, thank you for your

Hi David,
thank you for your post.
We are actually working on that particular point.
At the moment nothing by default is saved. When you click on I may attend we count one vote for this session and the session is added in your personal session list. When you click the second flag then everything is removed.
Hope this makes sense.
