Development Manager

We need you to manage the internal development team responsible for and deliver of several aspects of development of Acquia's products!

Requirements
- 5+ years management experience in commercial (not IT) software development developing customer/biz facing web site
- Experienced managing a distributed engineering team
- Experienced in distributed Scrum or XP processes

- Managed and recruited teams of at least 10 engineers
- Certified Scrum Master
- LAMP experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organized
- Led teams to scale a highly available & scalable LAMP application

Education

* BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

Pluses
- Experience managing teams to deliver large scale social or SaaS web properties
