Guidelines: T-Shirt Contest DC Paris 09

It has already become a tradition in the Drupal Community.

So, of course, you will not be missing out on showing your designs to everyone. :-)

Please read the following guidelines.

The Contests

There are two.

• Conference T-Shirt
• Limited Edition

So be sure for which one you are submitting your proposal, as the requirements vary.

There will be only one conference t-shirt (one design selected only) and 3 selected limited editions t-shirts, for which we will put up a small purchase fee (to cover the costs).

Contest 1: Conference T-Shirt

The Requirements

• Design can be in 1 or 2 colours
• Size of the design: A5 (148mm × 210mm, 5.8in × 8.3in)
• Design should contain: "DrupalCon Paris 2009" and "September, 1-5" (you can choose the date format)
• Format that we need once selected (one of the following): .ai, .pdf (vectorial) (if nothing else: .psd, 300dpi)
• Design is only printed on front of the t-shirt.

Contest 2: Limited Edition T-Shirt

The Requirements

• Design can be in 3 colours
• Size of the design: A5 (148mm × 210mm, 5.8in × 8.3in) or A4 (210mm × 297mm, 8.3in × 11.7in)
• Design is your choice as long as it is related to Drupal and makes the community go crazy :-)
• Format that we need once selected (one of the following): .ai, .pdf (vectorial) (if nothing else: .psd, 300dpi)
• Design is only printed on front of the t-shirt.

The Deadline

July 25th
The deadline will be harsh for some. But we are in a tight schedule (and companies in France close down for a week or more during August).

Who can participate?

All registered users can participate. However, only attendees are able to vote (see below).

Voting

We will introduce something new.
As there have been problems with voting on designs in the past, we (the team) will select 3-5 designs for the conference t-shirt and 6-8 designs for the limited edition.
Only attendees are able to vote on those that have been selected.
