Blog

This message is from Alban Picard. I already asked for an English version for this too:

Je suis à la recherche d'un développeur maitrisant parfaitement la communication entre une interface Flash et Drupal (utilisé dans ce cas comme un backoffice).
Quelques exemples de projets que nous (agence HUB. ID & DESIGN - www.hub-id.com) réalisons de cette manière :

A couple of people asked when the videos will be up:
Kristof and his team are working on it, as there were some changes for uploading on archive.org
They should all be up by end of this week.

And another couple of people asked whom to send presentation material to:
That would also be Kristof and his team. But, if you do not have his contacts, please send it to me and I will forward.

Cheers!

I took it all with me, just in case :-)

Here is the list with all the items in the black box.

  • Black computer bag (I have a name and an address attached to it)
  • iphone/pod cable, marked logic3

So all job seekers and potential new employers will meet on the 3rd of September in the Honnorat room of the DrupalCon venue. What can you do in the mean time?

For starters, you should prepare your "30 seconds elevator pitch".

Excusez-moi? Elevator Pitch? C'est quoi?
An elevator pitch is simply a thirty second talk why employers should hire you. Format and method of delivery are totally up to you. The only rule is that it should not last more than 30 seconds. Don't fail or...

I just received a lot of emails about ticket transfers and changing names.

From now on, if tickets are being transferred, you have to sort it out among the seller and buyer (as I do not have the time anymore to do so, nor will it be on the badges).

So for the ticket that you will get: if your ticket has been transferred, please use the sellers ticket and name.
Thank you

The inimitable Crell will be presenting Drupal Software Design Patterns September 2, 2009 - 16:10 - 17:00 At the "La Galerie" room. (instead of "How to Eat 15 Drupal Sites in 90 Minutes")

We have two Drupal Angels coming to the DrupalCon.
They will be easily recognisable (blue shirt with wings!) and will answer questions to get you from zero to hero!

For the past two days, Chris has been cycling from London to DrupalCon to raise money for the Meningitis Trust and will be arriving in Paris on Sunday 30th. He'll be leaving Gournay-en-Bray on Sunday morning (30th August) and hoping to complete the 90km to Paris to arrive at the Eiffel Tower by late afternoon.

If you'd like to join him at any stage, you can contact him via Twitter (http://twitter.com/matason) or http://menusandblocks.co.uk/contact.

Chris has so far raised an amazing £525 (€598, $855). If you'd like to contribute, visit http://www.justgiving.com/le-tour-de-drupal/.
