This session is designed to share and go over lesson's learned when it comes to implementing Drupal at an organizational level.
The Drupal spectrum is pretty well covered with all sorts of technological advice with where/how and why you should use Drupal as a CMS, but there is not enough said about the real advantages and disadvantages from both sides, the economic, and perhaps most importantly, the cultural influence, of its implementation at an organizational level.
