Accommodation Available in Paris

Hi All,
I have recently started using Drupal, but not to the level where I think I could participate in Drupalcon.
I do however happen to live pretty close to the Drupalcon venue in Paris, (15th arr) and have a spare double bed - so I would be happy to have someone stay for the week - if in exchange I can get a couple of basic pointers.
I am a 29 year old English Guy, fairly normal, enjoy the occasional beer.
Let me know if this seems like a fair deal to anyone.

I won't have a car though. Will travel to the conference be possible on mass transit?
I could give you several pointers in exchange and maybe buy you a pint or three.
I'm a 28 year old Oregonian from the USA. Fairly normal. :)

Ok
Paris has an excellent Metro and Tram system, that passes right next to the conference venue.
(and happily right next to my apartment too - 15 / 20 mins)
Tickets are €1,10 each, so for 5 days there and back you are looking at a total cost of €11
Had quite a few responses, so need to update that the place has been taken now, hence no longer available.
