Canceling my ticket?

Sad to say, I can't come. Is it it possible to cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Just an idea
Let them cancel and if the ticket gets sold (again) refund.
This way the staff at the DrupalCon gets information on who's actually attending.
To keep track on if a ticket is sold again, refund only if the event is sold out. Maybe you refund like 50% if there like 10 cancelations, and 5 unsold tickets... You get the idea.

Thanks, Eve. I have to say, this DrupalCon seems MUCH less well-run than the DC one was. I sure hope they can get their acts together soon.
So how about it, DrupalCon Paris people? How about an official word, for the benefit of not only me, but all the others who'll surely have the same question?

Hi Tom, no, they don't answer. I asked the same question, and eventually heard back: no, you can't get a refund. They cheerfully suggest the conference will sell out (which it did last time) and to try to sell the ticket.
(I'm going though; but it's a good question, a FAQ really, and should be included in the basic info)
