Hold voting open past July 8?

If voting is the determining factor, as stated, is it possible to hold open the voting for some time past the submission deadline so that the latest sessions can be seen and voted upon by registrants? Otherwise there's no point in submitting in the last couple of days because you'd never get enough votes. What do you think?
that is true and you are right.
we should keep the voting open for a couple of days longer, lets say saturday.
