Lonely Spouses Club?

So my wife is joining me in Paris and would really like to have someone to hang out with during the long conference hours that I'll be tucked away in the Cite. Does anyone else have a lonely spouse that might want to join her in wandering Paris? I'm not sure how we'd coordinate, but maybe they could all meet up at registration on Wednesday morning and go from there.

She's American, 27 years old, English speaking... her only hope is to have a friend that speaks some English as well.
