One room available in lovely apartment, close to DrupalCon

We're 3 guys from the UK in our late twenties, and we've rented a 4 bedroom apartment near to DrupalCon.

The bedroom is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and has two outdoor terraces. It looks really nice:
