Session schedule takes shape

The first draft of the schedule has been published yesterday.
The tracks design and development are still missing and rooms need to be attributed as well. So this is not the final schedule, but you know already which sessions have been selected so far.

We will also add a list of selected sessions, that can be BoF sessions.

For the first draft of the schedule, have a look here.

Video recording during DrupalCon

Drupallers, we need your help!

As with every conference we want to record the sessions and make them available to everyone worldwide. Kristof van Tomme has set up a team of 9 people already, but in order to tape also the BoF sessions we still need some additional equipment.

T-Shirt Sizes

To have a proportion of what is needed when ordering sizes, please answer this by Friday 7th, August. Thank you!

Le tour de Drupal

It is for a good cause, and Drupal is part of it.

Chris and John are doing a charity bike ride called Le Tour de Drupal from London to Paris arriving just in time at the start of the DrupalCon Paris 2009.

Sessions, Voting, Schedule

The voting on session is still possible and we haven't closed it down for various reasons, one of them being, that we simply haven't had time yet to start selecting the sessions according to the votes.

The session selection has already started with the help of the following people:

  • Theming: mortendk and John Albin
  • From Zero to Hero: Hagen Graf and Susan McPhee
  • Security: Heine Deelstra
  • Business: Boris Mann

The schedule will take shape step by step during the next week, so please keep checking the site.

T-shirts, so many t-shirts...

and this year's conference t-shirt is...

you know it already anyhow! :-)

Congrats for the Drupal Invasion in Paris.

We will take a blue t-shirt (somewhat close to your background) or any other suggestions?

Thank you to webdevil and jburns, who were close.

Tickets Sold out

We are sold out in conference tickets! And you probably wonder why it is not up to 800 yet.

Here is why:
We still have to take into account the sponsor and scholarship coupons, as not all have signed up yet and also a couple of media partners, that have been added manually and hence not showing in the count.
So don't be surprised if the count is still going up in the coming weeks.

This might also be an opportunity for those who would like to resell their ticket due to various reasons, as we do not refund.

Vote for your favourite design

The t-shirt "contest" is closed since Sunday and you have been able to vote on the t-shirt designs already.

To make sure, you are going to wear your favourite print, go here and vote!

Remember, there are two different t-shirts: conference and collector t-shirt.
There is only one conference t-shirt, but several collector ones.

Deadline: 30th July

Have fun!

Scholarships Announced

Thanks to the awesome help from the scholarship panel (Webchick, BenAgaric, Yched, Kvantomme) , we're happy to publish the list of people awarded a scholarship for DrupalCon Paris.

We will contact every grantee personally the next few days to finalize the financial and practical details.

If you've been selected, please confirm as soon as possible whether or not your application still applies or if someone else can take your place.

We hope to see you all in Paris soon!

Shared Google Map to find each other

mortendk created a shared DrupalCon Paris Google Map to better plan the night trips ;-)
