Extension of the scholarship deadline

The DrupalCon Team decided to extend the scholarship deadline to July 1st.
We believe that more time is required for people to fill in the profile section
and also add documents at a later stage (read about it here).
The jury! The jury are external people, who accepted to take to evaluate the scholarship applications and decide on who is granted one.
The jury members are:

- Yves Chedemois
- Kristof van Tomme
- Benjamin Melançon
